Designer Gong Szeto and his presentation at CUSP 2009 in Chicago. His slides provide some of the clearest and simplest examples of outlining all the major political ideologies, I recommend this to anyone who wants to understand how design and democracy go hand-in-hand. With the success of Obama’s presidential election bid and how design influenced and played such a vital role in his campaign, Gong leaves us with the question, is democracy a design problem?
