I’ve been playing with the new Paper app over the last week and realize that it is hands down the best “sketching” app I’ve used yet. Previously I’ve tried Adobe Ideas and Sketch by 37 Signals, but they just don’t compare in my opinion. Paper can easily make my ugly notes and doodles into something legible and actually something aesthetically pleasing to look at. Strokes have a more natural feel to it where I don’t feel like I’m using MS Paint on my iPad. The app is free with one tool (Draw) and additional tools like Sketch, Outline, Write and Color can be purchased additionally. Highly recommended.
