Great user experience is often so simply defined, yet more difficult to capture in a designer’s life. I found these quick five minute videos by Human Factors to be worth a watch, as they simply outline what most UX designer’s strive for—high ROI on User Experience. To be perfectly honest, what resonated most while watching these was my hope that more companies who are eager to improve their product’s user experience would be willing to spend a little more initial capital on design (especially startups), rather than lose more of the initial funds required in the long run. The first video captures this scenario perfectly.
These use an llustrated style similar to a post I put up last year, though I’m not sure if it’s the same artist or not.
